Confidentiality Policy

eCODE takes considerable precautions to ensure the privacy and protection of your data collected through the use of our web site. Information provided by Supplier and Customer companies is collected for use in assessing a supplier's suitability for a prospective Customer's contract, and for statistical reporting and may be passed on to third parties. Where requested by the data provider, specific information relating to the provider will not be revealed to third parties except on the express permission of data provider concerned, unless required by law.

All data collected through the use of our web site is protected by passwords and our internal security practices. eCODE's staff adhere to strict employee security policies. We do not provide copies of our e-mail lists to any third parties.

General

At eCODE we are very aware of the intrusive nature of unsolicited e-mail.

It is our policy to:

• Only send our subscribers mail which we hope will be of value to them
• Minimise the number of mailings we make, whilst providing a reasonable level of service
• Limit the size of mailings to minimise their impact on our subscribers' networks and computer systems

• Affiliates: outsourcing providers registered with eCODE
• Customers: eCODE's current and past customers.
